Administrator and President

A graduate of the BSN Program at the University of Texas at Arlington, Debra Blomquist has been working within the home care field for 30 years. In 2008, Debra began Accessible Home Health, providing care via Medicaid programs, then founded Accessible Home Care, which operates through Medicare, in 2012. Debra has served as a member of the Saline County Planning and Zoning Commission, as a board member of the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, as President and 17 year member of Salina Noon Network AMBUCS, on the advisory board of the Disability Planning Organization of Kansas, and as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at Kansas Wesleyan Department of Nursing.

Dr. Cameron Petro-Sakuma, DO

Medical Director

Dr. Petro-Sakuma graduated from William Carey University. Dr. Cameron Petro-Sakuma, DO is an Internist in Salina, KS. Dr. Petro-Sakuma currently practices at COMCARE-Ohio and are affiliated with Salina Regional Health Center.

Jody Free SHRM-CP

Director of HR

Jody is a proud graduate of Emporia State University. She and her family have lived in Salina for the last 16 years. Jody has served on the board for the Salina Human Resource Management Association and is a SHRM Certified Professional. Jody has been the Director of HR at Accessible for seven years.

Matt Hessman

Community Liaison

Matt Hessman serves as our Community Liaison for our northern coverage area and is operates from our Minneapolis location. Matt is a graduate of Kansas State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Management and a minor in Business. He and his wife live in Minneapolis with their two beautiful children. Matt has a passion for helping people and stays busy volunteering within the community. He is currently the Grand Knight for the Minneapolis chapter of the Knights of Columbus and is an active member of the church.

Community Liaison 

Lynsey Webb

Lynsey Webb serves as our Community Liaison for our central and eastern coverage area. Lynsey graduated from Kansas State University in elementary education. After teaching for 20 years, I made a transition to long term care as a community liaison. Lynsey and her husband live in Salina with their three amazing children. Lynsey strives to support her community by volunteering and stays busy following her children in their supporting events. Lynsey’s hobbies involve coaching youth sports, working out, and traveling with her family.

Melissa Hocker

Accounting Clerk

Melissa was born and raised in Abilene. She holds an Associate degree in Business Administration Technology from Salina Area Technical College. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
